Q1. Where can I onboard customers? Which platform should be used for customers? 

Ans. -  You need to fill out the form.at  https://sites.google.com/zetwerk.com/zupport?pli=1
Then the respective team will provide access.
 


Q2. What information is required for Customer Onboarding? 

Ans. - Follow the below path

1.Login OMS platform https://oms.zetwerk.com/login
2.Enter your register email id
3.Click on Sales order(SO)>Customers>Check if the customer is registered or not by using the search bar>>Create New Customer 
 


Q3. What information is required for customer registration? 

Ans. - To register a customer we need to collect
1. Customer Setup info - International/Domestic/Domestic No GST
2. Contact Information - Contact No, Email ID & address
3. Base Currency
 


Q4. Which type of customers can be onboarded ?

Ans. - Dometsic as well as International, Org as well as person provieded that necesaary KYC info is provided\


Q5. What documents do I need to submit for KYC verification? 

Ans. - For Domestic - Either of GST/PAN/Aadhar
For International - TRN (Tax Registration Number) Certificate
 


Q6. How do I upload the required documents? 

Ans. - If document upload is required in the base portal, there is an option to upload documents; you need to click that option and select it from your device. 


Q7. What is TRN number ? 

Ans. - TRN stands for "Tax Registration Number". The TRN is a vital number that is mandatorily required for a number of tax-related situations including while filing the tax returns,Therefore, it is advisable to consult the tax authorities or seek professional advice in the relevant country to obtain accurate and up-to-date information. 


Q8. What is EPZ Code ?  

Ans. - Export Processing Zone shortly known as EPZ is a special economic zone where Export and Import of goods are allowed without any restrictions. EPZ offers Export-Import oriented units many facilities and incentives for promoting exports from country.

 4 Types of  EPZ code is avilable

SEZ-Special Economic Zone is a designated geographical area within a country that has different economic laws and regulations compared to the rest of the country. It is established to promote economic growth, attract investments, and boost international trade

EHTP-Electronics Hardware Technology Park ( a unit can be set up for the purpose of manufacture and development of electronics hardware, or electronics hardware and software in an integrated manner for exports.)

EOU-Export Oriented Units( Scheme started in 1981 to promote exports and thus increase net foreign exchange earnings. This article highlights the rules and regulations applicable to EOUs and entering and exiting the scheme.)

Q9. What file formats are accepted for document uploads?

Ans. - We accept PDF, Word documents, and image files (JPEG, PNG). 


Q10. How long does the verification process take? 

Ans. - No Special Verification is required as such. While onboaridng system runs it's own checks. Once susccessfully onboarded, it is consedired as Verified aslo. 


Q11. Can the KYC type be changed?

Ans. - Once the customer is onboarded, the KYC type cannot be changed. You have to onboard new customer with another KYC type/details 


Q12. What values can be updated after the customer has registered on the platform?

Ans. - You may only edit contact info: email ID and mobile number; onboarded company; display name; type of industry; parent company; company type; address name and address line; and EPZ status. 


Q13. Can I save my progress and return to complete it later? 

Ans. - Currently, our platform does not have  Save and continue later option. You have to complete the flow in one go. 


Q14. What happens after my onboarding is complete? 

Ans. - Once your onboarding is complete the customer information will be available in the all customer table. 


Q15. How can I update customer information after onboarding? 

Ans. - To update your company information, please contact our OMS team with the required changes.

 
Q16. Once the customer is onboarded how to change customer name in system?

Ans - To change customer name provide the Updated GST certificate to ZOS Support and same will be updated from backend
